Pre-construction Of Home Tips
Before beginning the process of house or building construction, it is recommended that everyone perform a Bhumi Pooja (Worship of the Earth). It is regarded as a lucky beginning and a good start.
ଘର ବା କୋଠା ନିର୍ମାଣର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଭୂମିପୂଜା (ପୃଥିବୀର ପୂଜା) କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆୟାଏ। ଏହାକୁ ଏକ ଭାଗ୍ୟଶାଳୀ ଆରମ୍ଭ ଏବଂ ଶୁଭ ଆରମ୍ଭ ବୋଲି କୁହାୟାଇଥାଏ।
House/Home Entrance Tips
Because the sun rises in the east and is said to bring positive energy and light into the household, the east is the most auspicious and holy direction for the entrance of a home. Another possible entrance direction for the house is to the north east.
କାରଣ ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗକୁ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ୟ ଉଦୟ ହୋଇ ଘରକୁ ସକାରାତ୍ମକ ଶକ୍ତି ଓ ଆଲୋକ ଆଣିଥାଏ ବୋଲି କୁହାୟାଏ, ତେଣୁ ଘରର ପ୍ରବେଶ ଦ୍ୱାର ପାଇଁ ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଶୁଭ ଓ ପବିତ୍ର ଦିଗ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଘର ପାଇଁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ପ୍ରବେଶ ପଥ ହେଉଛି ଉତ୍ତର-ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗରେ।
Kitchen/Rosei Ghar Location Tips
The South-East corner of the house is the best location for the kitchen, and cooking should supposedly be done while facing East. Please keep in mind that the kitchen should not be directly in front of the main door of the house.
ଘରର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପୂର୍ବ କୋଣ ରୋଷେଇ ଘର ପାଇଁ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଭଲ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଟେ ଏବଂ ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗକୁ ମୁହଁ କରି ରୋଷେଇ କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ଦୟାକରି ଧ୍ୟାନ ରଖନ୍ତୁ ଯେ ରୋଷେଇ ଘର ସିଧାସଳଖ ଘରର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାର ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ।
Master/Main Bedroom Tips
An East-Facing home’s Master/Main Bedroom should be located in the south-west corner. If you follow steps (2) and (3), you will be able to sleep soundly without having to worry about the aroma or noise of the cooking waking you up. Bedrooms with square or rectangular shapes are recommended.
ପୂର୍ବମୁଖୀ ଘରର ମାଷ୍ଟର/ମେନ୍ ବେଡରୁମ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପଶ୍ଚିମ କୋଣରେ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ। ଯଦି ତୁମେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ (2) ଏବଂ (3) ଅନୁସରଣ କରୁଛ, ତେବେ ତୁମେ ତୁମକୁ ଜାଗ୍ରତ କରୁଥିବା ରୋଷେଇର ସୁଗନ୍ଧ କିମ୍ବା ଶବ୍ଦ ବିଷୟରେ ଚିନ୍ତା ନକରି ଠିକ୍ ଭାବରେ ଶୋଇପାରିବ। ବର୍ଗାକାର କିମ୍ବା ଆୟତାକାର ଆକାରର ଶୟ୍ୟା ରଖିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆୟାଏ।
Toilet/Wash Room Location Tips
Toilets and washrooms should be located in the north-west corner of the building or in the north-west corner of the rooms. If this is not possible, use of the South East Toilets/Washroom is permitted. It is also recommended that the toilets/washroom, kitchen/rosei ghar, and Pooja room in the house are not located next to each other.
ଶୌଚାଳୟ ଓ ଶୌଚାଳୟ ଘରର ଉତ୍ତର-ପଶ୍ଚିମ କୋଣରେ କିମ୍ବା କୋଠରୀର ଉତ୍ତର-ପଶ୍ଚିମ କୋଣରେ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ। ଯଦି ଏହା ସମ୍ଭବ ନ ହୁଏ ତେବେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ-ପୂର୍ବ ଶୌଚାଳୟ/ ଓ୍ୱାଶରୁମ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦିଆୟାଇଛି। ଘରେ ଥିବା ଟଏଲେଟ୍/ଓ୍ୱାଶରୁମ ରୁମ୍, କିଚେନ୍ ଘର, ପୂଜା ଘର ପାଖରେ ନ ରହିବା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆୟାଇଛି।
