Barsha Priyadarshini, an Odisha-born politician and actress. On August 7, 1984, she was born in the Indian state of Odisha. Her acting career began with the Odia film “E Juga Ra Krushna Sudama” in 2003. She has starred in films in Telugu, Bengali, and Odia.
Barsha Priyadarshini joined the Indian National Congress (INC) party in 2014 and ran for the Odisha Legislative Assembly in the Choudwar-Cuttack constituency. She was elected to the Odisha Legislative Assembly (MLA) after winning the election. She eventually joined the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) party in 2018, but later departed.
